Building Administrator (Residential & Commercial) in Caloocan City, National Capital Region
Our company is looking for an experienced Building Administrator, to handle both residential and commercial occupants. He/she will be expected of the following:
1. Responsible in the monitoring of all building monitoring measures and plans
2. Over-all in charge of the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the building
3. Supervision of staff and services to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of building, including safety, orderliness, and cleanliness
4. Plan, organize, and implement measures and procedures to ensure proper management and maintenance of the building, its residents, equipment, and amenities
5.Independently organize and implements necessary building house rules and policies
